The penthouse is about 200 m2, has a great living room, 4 bedrooms en suite, each with a queen size bed, 4 bathrooms, veranda/terrace, pool/jacuzzi, cable tv and internet. The doorman is 16 hours per day present. Renters will have all keys to enter the building.
There is a strict policy/rules. If you do not comply with these rules/policy the owner will get fined. And you will be responsible for paying these fines. It will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
